Purchase Policies

  1. •Schools are strongly encouraged to utilize the Purchase Order (PO) system in lieu of PayPal. Please read the instructions below for setting up an institutional account for your school.

  2. •Individually purchased workbooks are shipped priority mail. Anticipate delivery within 4 working days.

  3. •Schools/institutions that have established an account may use their own UPS / FedEx accounts. A nominal handling charge will be applied.

  4. •International orders must contact us via email or phone 208-677-3319 prior to shipment. Shipping rates will vary based on the country of destination.

  5. •Workbook editions are guaranteed for 2 years. No refunds are available.

  6. •Institutional P-Cards. If your school does not permit usage of P-cards on PayPal and you do not wish to set up an account; please email us at info@RockettHousePublishing.com or call 208-677-3319.  An alternative credit card payment portal is available.

Setting Up an Account for Institutional/School Purchase Orders

Directions for using/setting up the PO System

1. Download and complete a PO Application form

2. E-mail the form (as an attachment) to info@RockettHousePublishing.com, fax to 208-677-3319 or mail to Rockett House Publishing 407S, 800W. Heyburn ID, 83336. You will be contacted by a sales representative for data verification. This will establish your institution’s account.

3. Once you have established the institutional account you may place an order at any time using the PO Order form. Simply download, complete and email (as an attachment) the order form to info@RockettHousePublishing.com or fax to 208-677-3319. (E-mail is preferred)

Directions for submitting an Instructor CD/Key application form

1. Download and complete an Answer key Application form.

2. E-mail the form (as an attachment) to info@RockettHousePublishing.com or mail to Rockett House Publishing 407S, 800W. Heyburn ID, 83336. You will be contacted by a sales representative for data verification prior to shipment of the CD.

Students, or any persons other than teachers/educators, may NOT purchase an Instructor’s CD/Key. Only program instructors/directors can purchase an Instructor’s CD/Key. Program instructors must complete an application for Answer Key CD form at the time of purchase. (Directions for submission are provided below.) Students attempting to purchase the key will be assessed a $10.00 handling fee.
